Lévis, Tuesday, October 11, 2024 — The Board of Directors of the Centre de robotique et de vision industrielles inc. (CRVI) is please to nomination the appointment of Marie-Christine Ferland as its new general manager. Her appointment strengthens CRVI’s position with the adoption of existing technology and robotics, vision and artificial intelligence innovation.

Ms. Ferland is renowned for her strategic vision and ability to drive organizational growth. Holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Physics, she has held leadership positions in high-tech companies, including Photon etc. and Quebec’s Photonics Cluster Optonique, as well as roles in business development and sales at Leddartech and the National Optics Institute (INO+.

In parallel with her career, Ms. Ferland has been actively involved in several boards of directors and committees, contributing to the development of different technology and innovation sectors. Her 15 years of experience in business development, partnership management and strategic leadership are a valuable asset to CRVI.
